Step 1 – Share
Gather the files for any hail claim from the last 12 months — your estimate, photos, latest insurance approval, repair agreement, invoices — and submit them through your portal. Or give us access to where they live and we'll gather them for you.
Step 2 – Sort
We build an estimate audit on every claim and compare it to what insurance approved. Claims with at least $500 in opportunity move forward.
Step 3 – Pick
You see each qualified claim and the opportunity on it. Decide which ones are worth a call to the vehicle owner. We give you the script.
Step 4 – Process
We submit the supplement, handle every adjuster call, negotiate, and push it through to approval and payout. Adjusters who call you get sent to us.
Step 5 – Pay
When a claim is approved, you get a results summary, proof of payment, and a 10-day invoice for our 50% share of the additional recovery. Pay early, pay on day 10, or pause and flag it if the check hasn't come.
