For our end-to-end claim audit service with guaranteed ROI, we charge a service fee of $10,000 for each batch of 20 hail claim audits. This fee is invoiced after we have successfully processed a batch and provided you with a summary of the final results. There are no upfront fees; you pay only after we get you results.

For our basic claim audit service (no guaranteed ROI), we charge a service fee of $250 per claim audit (save 20% with Dent Ops credit packages). This fee is charged after you accept our audited claim estimate. This service is eligible for our “Guarantee Mode”:  Our estimating team will build your claim audit and share a snapshot of the results, and then you decide if you want to keep the estimate or leave it – you only pay a service fee for the claim audits that you choose to keep.

Optionally, you can add our claim administration services to your basic claim audits for an additional $125 per claim audit (save 20% with Dent Ops credit packages). This fee is charged upon adding claim administration to a basic claim audit.

We strive to make the process as seamless as possible for you. You have two responsibilities in this process, which Dent Ops will help you accomplish:

1. Gather and and share your hail claim documents from the last 12 months
2. After Dent Ops evaluates and sorts your best audit opportunities, contact and inform the relevant vehicle owners

Once we receive the necessary information and you have informed your relevant customers, our team takes care of the rest – from auditing the claims to processing supplements and tracking approvals.

No, we do not require long-term contracts. Our services are designed to be flexible to meet your needs. However, for some of our services—including our end-to-end Claim Audits service—we do ask clients to sign an agreement. This agreement acknowledges and outlines both parties’ responsibilities to ensure we can effectively achieve our shared goals.

We view our relationship as a partnership. For us to maximize your returns, it’s important that both parties fulfill their roles. Your responsibilities may include actions like contacting and notifying vehicle owners that their claims are being audited and supplemented.

If these responsibilities aren’t met, it may void our guarantees and could be grounds for us to cease working together. Our goal is to work collaboratively to deliver the best possible results for your business.

We typically complete each batch of claim audits within 1-2 weeks. While most batches are finalized in this timeframe, external factors – like insurance company delays or unforeseen events – can occasionally extend the process. Since we don’t invoice you until every claim in the batch is completed, we’re highly motivated to work efficiently and deliver your results promptly. Throughout the process, we’ll keep you informed at every stage, ensuring clear communication and transparency.

During the Sort step, our team carefully reviews all your submitted claims to identify those with the best potential for successful supplements. While not all claims may qualify, we focus on those that offer the highest opportunity for additional recovery.

In each batch of 20 claims, it’s common for some claim supplements to be denied by insurance—this is a normal part of the process. What truly matters is achieving a net positive result for the entire batch. For example, even if 5 out of 20 claims are denied, we might still secure $25,000 in successful supplement approvals on the remaining claims, effectively reaching our goal.

Processing claims in batches allows us to spread the risk of insurance denials across multiple claims. This approach leverages the “law of large numbers,” working in your favor to maximize overall recoveries. Rest assured, if a claim supplement is denied, you’re not charged extra for that claim. We stand by our Guaranteed Return on Investment. If we don’t deliver a net positive return on your batch of 20 claim audits, we will cover the cost of our services until we do. Your success is our priority, and we are committed to delivering tangible results.

Our primary focus is on claims from the last 12 months, as these typically offer the best opportunities for additional recovery and allow us to uphold our Guaranteed Return on Investment promise. We’ve found that audits on claims older than 12 months have a higher chance of being denied by insurance companies.

However, while we cannot provide our full end-to-end Claim Auditing services for claims older than 12 months, we’re still happy to offer our Basic Claim Auditing and Administrative Services for these cases. Basic claim audits are processed individually (no need to run in batches), are more affordable per claim than our end-to-end services, and are eligible for our Guarantee Mode—meaning you only pay for the estimates you choose to keep.
