🫵 You focus exclusively on:

• Reviewing assigned claims and building smart action plans
• Communicating and negotiating directly with insurance adjusters, appraisers, and supervisors
• Closing claims faster and for maximum recovery

👍 Your Dent Ops team handles everything else:

• Vehicle inspections
• Estimate writing and supplements
• Basic insurance followups and claim admin

💸 Compensation: Pure performance-based per-claim fees up to $125 based on effort + results. Paid bi-weekly on a paid-when-paid basis. No base pay, no benefits – this is an independent contractor position.
