Requesting Changes for Completed Estimates (All Estimates)
Need to request updates on a completed estimate for additional info, labor, or anything else? Check out this video to learn how!
Recap – Requesting Changes for Completed Estimates
- Find the request’s help/support link in the request’s email confirmation or in your Partner Portal (“Get Changes / Support”)
- On the webform, select the option for “I need to request changes to this estimate.
- Follow the prompts to specify the changes you need on the estimate.
- Make sure to click Submit when you’re finished!
- If you want to add files, click the Access / Add Files Here button at the top of the page.
