Need to update your estimate request with additional info, labor, photos, insurance estimate(s), or anything else? Check out this video to learn how!
Recap – Updating In-Process Estimate Requests
- We turn estimates around very quickly, so make sure to get your update request(s) in ASAP!
- Find the request’s help/support link in the request’s email confirmation or in your Partner Portal (“Get Changes / Support”)
- If you want to add files, click the Access / Add Files Here button at the top of the page.
- If you want to send a note to our estimate supervisors with any operation, parts, or information updates, follow the prompts on the form at the bottom of the page.
- Make sure to click Submit when you’re finished!
