Updating In-Process Estimate Requests

Need to update your estimate request with additional info, labor, photos, insurance estimate(s), or anything else? Check out this video to learn how!

Recap – Updating In-Process Estimate Requests

  1. We turn estimates around very quickly, so make sure to get your update request(s) in ASAP!
  2. Find the request’s help/support link in the request’s email confirmation or in your Partner Portal (“Get Changes / Support”)
  3. If you want to add files, click the Access / Add Files Here button at the top of the page.
  4. If you want to send a note to our estimate supervisors with any operation, parts, or information updates, follow the prompts on the form at the bottom of the page.
  5. Make sure to click Submit when you’re finished!
